Welcome to God's Glory NFT Game! These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the God's Glory NFT Game ("Game"). 1. 5. User Content: By submitting any content, including but not limited to text, images, or audio ("User Content"), you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with the Game.

6. Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any conduct that violates these Terms & Conditions or the rights of others, including but not limited to:

• Using cheats, exploits, or other unauthorized means to gain an unfair advantage in the Game.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players.

• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the proper functioning of the Game.

7. Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time and for any reason, without prior notice or liability.

8. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Game.

9. Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

The Company does not guarantee the value, liquidity, or future appreciation of any NFTs obtained or owned within the Game. You should exercise caution and conduct your own research before purchasing, selling, or trading NFTs, as transactions involving NFTs are irreversible and may result in financial loss. The Company shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of fluctuations in the price of NFTs or any actions taken based on information provided within the Game.

15. No Guarantee of Winning: You acknowledge and agree that participation in the Game does not guarantee any winnings, rewards, or financial gains. The Game is designed for entertainment purposes, and outcomes are based on chance, skill, and interaction with other players. While certain actions or strategies may increase your chances of success, there is no assurance of winning or earning any specific rewards. The Company does not guarantee any particular outcome or level of success in the Game.
